Delivery, Refund & Returns Policy
Delivery Methods Lowveld Clothing offers delivery of goods via courier.
Delivery Fees Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page during the ordering process.
Delivery Timeframe Delivery of goods typically takes between 2 to 5 working days. Please note that if products are purchased after 3 pm, the following day will qualify as the first delivery day.
Notification of Delay In the event that the courier takes longer than the aforementioned delivery days, you will be notified via email.
Delivery Period Lowveld Clothing aims to deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt of your payment. If we are unable to deliver the goods within this period, we will notify you. You will then have 7 days to decide whether to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will reimburse you for the purchase price within 7-14 working days. If you choose to continue with your order, a new order will be placed with the supplier, and the delivery period will start over.
Delivery Lead Time for Non-Website Orders For products not ordered via the website platform, delivery lead time will be displayed accordingly on quotations and invoices.
Stock Availability If Lowveld Clothing or a supplier does not have stock of a specific item, you will be notified of the lead times indicated on your invoice. Your lead time will commence once payment reflects in the bank account of Lowveld Clothing. If funds are received after 12 pm, the lead time will commence on the following business day.
Delivery Fulfilment Lowveld Clothing’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the product is delivered to the physical address nominated by you for delivery. Lowveld Clothing is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered to the nominated physical address.
Delivery During Holiday Season During the holiday season leading up to Christmas and New Year, we recommend completing your Christmas shopping as early as possible. Due to supplier closures and limited courier services, delivery of certain products may be delayed and only delivered in the new year. Please note that the delivery lead time may not apply to all products during the holiday season.
Returns Policy for Lowveld Clothing
Returns Eligibility We accept returns of unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Refund Process We provide refunds in the original form of payment or as store credit, as per your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
Exchange Policy We are happy to exchange garments for a different size, subject to availability. The same rules and procedures governing returns apply to exchanges.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including gift cards, undergarments, or personal items for hygienic reasons.
Online Returns Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the tagged, unworn item is returned with your NAME, EMAIL, and ORDER NUMBER to facilitate the refund process.
Faulty Products In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Returns Address Please return your items to the nearest Lowveld Clothing reseller outlet or our factory shop, as specified in your order documentation.
Holiday Season Returns During the holiday season, the same returns policy applies. However, please note that due to supplier closures and limited courier services, there may be delays in processing returns.
