At Lowveld Clothing, our priority is ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below:
Returns:
We accept returns of unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund in the original method of payment, the following criteria must be met:
- Retain the original proof of purchase.
- Ensure the swing ticket remains attached to the item.
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return the merchandise to the store of purchase.
- If the purchase included a promotional gift, both the purchased item and the promotional gift must be returned together.
Please note the following:
- We do not provide cash refunds. All refunds will be issued as store credit.
- Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange garments for a different size, subject to availability. The same rules and procedures governing returns apply to exchanges.
Items that cannot be exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Undergarments
Faulty Products:
While each garment undergoes quality control, in the rare event of receiving a product with a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund in store credit.
Refund Process:
- Payments made via Lowveld Clothing account will be credited back into your account.
- Payments made via credit card or debit card will be refunded to the original card used for purchase.
